Educational Qualification:
- Operations Manager: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or MBA (healthcare) or Master of Health Administration or Master of Public Health.
- Monitoring & Evaluation Manager: M.Sc. Statistics or M.Sc. in Maths& Computing/ B. Tech in Data Science/ Master of Public Health / Master of Health Administration
- Manager Policy: Post-graduation or higher qualification in Public health, Community health, Preventive & Social Medicine, Health Economics, Health Policy and Health Financing
- IT Support Cum Data Manager: B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT/ Math 6Computing /DataScience / MCA
- Beneficiary Verification Manager: B Tech IN CS lITl Math & Computing/Data Science / MCA Graduation with 1-year Diploma in Computer Application
- Grievance Redressal Manager: MSW/Public relations//MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or Master in Hospital/Health Administration, or MBA in healthcare.
- Medical Management & Quality Manage: MBBS/BDS / BAMS / BHMS/BSMS/BNYS/B.Sc Nursing from a recognized medical college with MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or Master of Health/Hospital Administration or Master of Public Health or MBA in healthcare
- IEC Manager: Post Graduate degree in Mass Communication, journalism/ communication design
- Capacity Development Manager: A Post Graduate degree or equivalent in public health, health financing, health insurance, or other relevant disciplines or PG/MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Finance Manager: MBA (Finance) / CA from a recognized institution or M-Com
