UPSC CMS Application Form 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced Combined Medical Services (CMS) notification to fill 827 posts for the recruitment of Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers, Assistant Divisional Medical Officers, General Duty Medical Officers, and General Duty Medical Officers through Combined Medical Service Examination, 2024. The UPSC CMS Application Form link was activated on April 10, 2024, on the official website, i.e., upsc.gov.in.

The last  date to apply online for UPSC CMS applications is April 30, 2024, till 6 pm. The examination will be conducted on July 14, 2024, in pen and paper mode. Any MBBS passed candidates whose age is less than 32 years are eligible to apply for the UPSC CMS 2024 exam.

The UPSC CMS application process is divided into two parts, i.e., Part-I (Registration) and Part-II (Candidate’s Login). Here is a step-by-step guide to complete the UPSC CMS application form 2024 process without any difficulty.

Part I  (Registration)

Registration is the first stage of the UPSC CMS application process. Follow the steps below to easily complete the CMS registration process.

Step 1: Go to the official UPSC website, i.e., upsconline.nic.in.

Step 2: Click the “New Registration” to register on OTR (One Time Registration).

Step 3: The registration form will appear on the screen. Next, enter the name, parent’s name, board exam roll number, date of birth, etc, in the OTR form.

Step 4: Click the “Submit” button to complete the UPSC CMS registration process.

Part II (Online Application Form)

After registering successfully, all the candidates must enter the correct and valid information to submit the UPSC CMS application form.

Step 1: Log in with the registered email ID, mobile number, or OTR ID in the portal.

UPSC CMS Application Form 2024: Correction Window

The commission will provide a correction facility in any field(s) of the application form from the next day of the closure of the application window of the UPSC CMS exam. The UPSC CMS application form correction window will remain open for 7 days, i.e. from May 1, 2024, to May 7, 2024. 

If a candidate wants to carry out any change in their OTR profile during this period, then they are required to login to the OTR platform and do the modification accordingly. In clear terms, no edits to the OTR profile can be made by visiting the correction window for modifications in the online form.
