What UPSC CSE Final Result Download Link 2023
The result PDF is released on 16 April and consisted of the roll number and the names of all candidates who are finally selected. UPSC has 1016 selected candidates for Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service; Indian Police Service; and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.

How is UPSC Final Marks Calculated ?
The final scores will be determined based on mains exam and interview as follows:
UPSC CSE Mains Exam includes 9 papers of 1750
GS 1,2,3,4 of 250 marks each- 1000 marks
Optional 1,2 of 250 marks each - 500 marks
Essay Paper - 250 marks
English language - 300 marks (qualifying)
Indian language - 300 marks (qualifying)
Interview - 275 marks.
How many marks are required to qualify the UPSC CSE Exam ?
No minimum marks are required to qualify for IAS or IPS exam. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of merit.
UPSC CSE preliminary exam was held on 28 May 2023, and those who cleared the prelims exam called for the UPSC CSE mains exam held in September 2023. A total of 1026 candidates were then called for the personality test conducted between 02 January and 09 April 2024.
