UPSC NDA Exam Date 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) National Defence Academy (NDA) examination is scheduled to be conducted on September 1, 2024. The NDA 2 examination will be conducted in pen and paper mode. The selected will be eligible to get admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 154th Course and for the 116th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing on July 2, 2025 and the duration of the exam will be 5 hours.

UPSC NDA Exam Date 2024
The commission has released the exam date for the NDA 2024 examination. As per the notice released by the commission, the exam will be conducted on September 1, 2024. The table below gives important information about the NDA examination.

NDA Exam Timing and Schedule
The NDA 2 examination will be conducted in two shifts for the Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). Candidates should arrive at the exam centre 30 minutes before the start of the examination. The entry gates will be closed 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Check the table below for shift timings

NDA Written Exam
The written test is the first step in the recruitment procedure. The 900-mark test is made up of two distinct examinations. A selection list for the SSB examination will be prepared based on the marks received in the written examination. Check the table below for academy wise exam pattern

NDA Interview for Intelligence and Personality Test
The SSB procedure consists of two stages of process - stage I and stage II. Only those candidates who clear stage I are permitted to appear for stage II. The details are:-
(a) Stage I comprises Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests, the Picture Perception Description Test (PP&DT). The candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the OIR Test and PP&DT.
(b) Stage II Comprises of Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, psychological Tests and the Conference. These tests are conducted over 4 days.
