Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) is one of the prestigious B-Schools located at Bhubhaneswar in Orissa. It is managed by a board of governors, consisting of representatives of the Government of India and Orrisa, the Jesuit Society, industrialists and educationists of the region out there. It was was founded in 1987.
The academic programmes offered by XIMB is based on the standard model of management studies practised globally & two year Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management and two-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) are recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) which serves the degree as equivalent to an MBA degree of any Indian university.

MBA-EXECUTIVE
Eligibility: The minimum requirements for admission to the Programme are:
a) A three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized university
b) At least three years of experience in executive capacity in an organization of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector. Self-employed persons with minimum 3 years of experience after obtaining qualifying degree can also be considered.
c) Minimum age of 23 years as on the date of joining the progrmme
d) Sponsorship or No Objection Certificate from the employer for pursuing this course at XIMB.
Programme Fee:
The total programme fee will be Rs.13.7 lakhs, to be paid in 3 installments (6.7 lakhs, 3.5 lakhs, 3.5 lakhs respectively). The boarding and lodging charges will be additional.
PGDM-EXECUTIVE
Eligibility: [As for MBA-Executives]
Programme Fee:
The total programme fee will be Rs.7.85 lakhs, to be paid in 3 installments (3.85 lakhs, 2.00, 2.00 lakhs respectively).The boarding and lodging charges will be additional.
Programme Structure:
a) This one-year part-time programme is designed for executives, working anywhere in the country.
b) The participants will reside in the campus for about 20 days at a stretch, thrice a year.
c) In the intervening period, they are expected to complete the assigned readings and projects.
