1.(b) Pakistan
The England team will make their first visit to Pakistan in 2021, for the first time in 16 years. Pakistan will be hosting host England for two T20Is in Karachi on October 14 and 15, 2021 ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup in India. England had last toured Pakistan in 2005 when they had played five ODIs and three Tests. 

2.(c) Maharashtra
Asia’s first solar-powered Textile Mill in Asia will come up in the Parbhani district, Maharashtra. The Jai Bhawani women's cooperative textile mill will become the first Solar Power enabled textile mill in Asia. 

3.(a) Madhya Pradesh 
Madhya Pradesh government has decided to form a 'Cow Cabinet' for the protection of cows in the state. The cabinet will include Animal Husbandry, Forest, Panchayat and Rural Development, Revenue, Home and Farmers Welfare Department. The first meeting of the cabinet will be held on November 22.

4.(c) Luxembourg 
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be holding a virtual summit with the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel on November 19, 2020. This will be the first stand-alone summit between India and Luxembourg in the past two decades. 

5.(a) India
India has been handed the hosting rights for FIFA  U-17 Women’s World Cup 2022. The decision was taken after FIFA Council canceled the U-17 Women’s World Cup 2021, which was scheduled to take place in India due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

6.(b) Japan, Australia
Japan and Australia signed a landmark defence deal on November 17, 2020 in an attempt to counter China's growing influence in the South China and Indo Pacific region. 

7.(c) Gurugram
The World Economic Forum has selected four Indian cities to pioneer a roadmap for smart cities- Indore, Faridabad, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The four cities figured among 36 cities all over the world that have agreed to pioneer a roadmap for safely adopting new technology as part of the G20 Global Smart Cities Alliance.
 
8.(d) PM Narendra Modi 
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be virtually inaugurating the Bengaluru Tech Summit, 2020 at 11 am on November 19, 2020. The summit is scheduled to take place from November 19 to November 21.
