Druzhba-Dosti: A Vision for Strengthening the Indian-Russian Partnership over the Next Decade
Druzhba-Dosti is a term used for vision statement of India and Russia over the next decade released during the 15th Indo – Russia Annual Summit held in New Delhi on 11 December 2014.
The joint statement was released by during the visit of Russian President Vladimir V Putin to India at the invitation of the Prime Minister of India Narendra Mod to hold the annual summit.
The vision statement focused on strengthening the partnership over the next decade through concrete initiatives in diverse areas so as to make the bilateral institutional dialogue architecture more result-oriented and forward-looking. Both the counties also resolved to continue to meet on the margins of multilateral events.
