Quinton de Kock, the wicketkeeper-batsman of South Africa, on 9 February 2016 became the fastest to make 10 One Day International (ODI) centuries. He took mere 55 innings to reach as many centuries.
He achieved the feat during the third ODI match against England at Centurion. In the match, South Africa riding on knock of 135 runs of Kock defeated England by seven wickets chasing 318 runs.
With this, he broke the record of Virat Kohli of India who took 80 innings to reach as many centuries.
Meanwhile, South Africa, which are now 1-2 against England in the five-match series, will play their next match at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg on 12 February 2016.
