The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has released the Telangana NEET UG 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result for Management Quota (MQ). The college-wise allotment list for MBBS and BDS admissions for the 2026-27 academic year was published on September 24, 2026. Candidates who participated in the second phase of Telangana NEET UG counselling can check their allotment status through the official KNRUHS website. 

The allotment list has been released in PDF format and contains the college-wise allocation of seats under the Management Quota. Candidates can search the PDF using their relevant details to check whether they have been allotted an MBBS or BDS seat.

The Telangana NEET UG Round 2 Management Quota allotment result has been issued for candidates who participated in the second phase of counselling for MBBS and BDS seats.

The college-wise allotment list contains the seat allocation based on the applicable counselling criteria, candidate’s submitted web options and availability of seats. Candidates who have been allotted seats must follow the reporting and admission instructions issued by KNRUHS.

3. Find the notification titled “MBBS BDS Admissions under Management Quota for the AY 2026-27- College Wise Allotment List in Second Phase of Counselling”
4. Click on the relevant PDF link
5. The Telangana NEET Round 2 allotment list will appear on the screen
6. Use the Ctrl+F or search option to find your NEET rank, application details or other relevant information in the PDF
7. Check the allotted college and course
8. Download and save the allotment PDF for future reference
