Faculty (Group A) – 34 Posts

Eligibility Criteria for Faculty Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Professor/ Additional Professor (for General Discipline): Medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956; Post Graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.
• Professor (for super specialty discipline): Medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956; Post Graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject; M.Ch. for surgical-super -specialties and D.M. for Medical super specialties.
• Additional Professor (for super specialty discipline): Medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956; Post Graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject; D.M. in respective discipline/subject for medical super-specialties and M.Ch. in respective discipline/subject for surgical super-specialties or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
