Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Teacher and Teacher Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Upper Primary Teacher
Assistant Teacher: Graduate degree from a UGC recognised university and UP TET. Candidate should also have 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or D.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education).
Science Teacher: B.Sc degree from a UGC recognised university and UP TET. Candidate should also have 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or D.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education).
Hindi Teacher: Graduate degree with Hindi as one of the Subject from a UGC recognised university and UP TET. Candidate should also have 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or D.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education).
Arabic Teacher: Graduate degree with Arabic as one of the Subject from a UGC recognised university and UP TET. Candidate should also have 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or D.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education).
Assistant Teacher (Lower Primary School): Candidate should have passed HSC or Equivalent with minimum 50 percent with LP TET and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognised institute. Alternatively, should have Graduate Degree from a UGC recognised University with LP TET and 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognised institute.
Age Limit: candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 43 year of age.
Selection Process for Assistant Teacher and Teacher Posts
Candidates will be selected through the written examination and academic merit.
