Eligibility Criteria for Market Risk Officer and other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Market Risk Officer  Scale III - Graduate in any discipline AND MBA (Banking / Finance) or CA / ICWA. A certification course on Risk Mgmt / Financial Risk Management / Treasury Mgmt. shall carry due weightage
• Market Risk Officer  Scale IV - Graduate in any discipline AND MBA (Banking / Finance) or CA / ICWA. A certification course on Risk Mgmt / Financial Risk Management / Treasury Mgmt. shall carry due weightage.
• Chief Risk Officer - Graduate in Finance, Accounts, Statistics , Economics with postgraduation in same discipline or MBA.
• Chief Financial Officer - Qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance). Applicants with qualification equivalent to Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) from foreign universities can also apply
• Chief Technology Officer - First Class Graduate in Electronics/I.T Engineering/I.T Systems Engineering/MCA from a recognized University / Institute.

Experience:

• Market Risk Officer  Scale III - Minimum 3 years experience in Risk Mgmt Deptt. of PSBs
• Market Risk Officer  Scale IV - Minimum 5 years experience in Risk Mgmt Deptt. of PSBs
• Chief Risk Officer - Minimum 20 years experience with a Bank (India or Abroad) / Financial Institution of which minimum 5 years with substantial exposure to Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk & Regulatory Risk.
• Chief Financial Officer - Minimum 15 years experience in overseeing financial operations in domestic / foreign Banks / FIs / reputable financial companies / financial services organizations / reputed public or private corporate post acquiring Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) qualification of which a minimum of 5 years should be as a full time Chief Financial Officer or Deputy to Chief Financial Officer or an equivalent position in a regular capacity and not in a contractual / adhoc capac
• Chief Technology Officer - Minimum 15 years experience in the field of IT business / industry. Extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations at a senior level as well as demonstrated capabilities in project management and proven ability to lead large teams is essential

Selection Procedure for Market Risk Officer and other Posts

Selection will be done on the basis of Group discussion and personal interview. A preliminary screening of application may be carried out by the Bank, to shortlist eligible candidates to be called for Group Discussion and interview.
