Eligibility Criteria for Project Scientist and Project Fellow Post

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Project Scientist II (Oceanography / Marine Chemistry) - Master degree in Oceanography/ Marine Chemistry/ Marine Sciences/ Chemistry or equivalent from recognized University/Institute with at least first class not less than 60% marks and at least 3 years of research experience
• Project Fellow (Marine Biology : Phyto/zoo Plankton) - Master degree in Marine Biology/ Marine Science or equivalent from recognized University/Institute with at least first class not less than 60% marks. Preference for NET candidates and at least 1 year of research experience
• Project Fellow (Marine Biology : Benthic / Microbiology) - Master degree in Marine Biology/ Marine Science or equivalent from recognized University/Institute with at least first class not less than 60% marks. Preference for NET candidates and at least 1 year of research experience
• Project Fellow (Physical Oceanography) - Master’s Degree in Oceanography/ physical Oceanography/ Marine Sciences/ Meteorology/ or equivalent from a recognized university/Institute with at least first class not less than 60% marks and at least 1 year of research experience
