CBSE Class 12th result 2017 was declared on 28th May 2017. Science student, Bhumi Sawant from DAV, 8-C, Chandigarh, secured all India rank 2nd. She scored 99.4% in CBSE Class 12 board exam 2017. In an interview, Bhumi Sawant shared her success story and preparation tips. Main highlights of the interview are given below.
According to her, she faced a lot of problems while preparing for CBSE Class 12 board exam 2017. But, with the support of parents and help of teachers, things became easy. She had solved a lot of CBSE sample papers and practice papers before the exams. After solving sample papers she was quite sure about her success. According to her, she was quite sure that she will score above 95% marks but didn’t expect 99.4% marks.

While talking about her future plans, Bhumi said she wants to become an engineer and she will pursue computer science engineering.
When she was asked about her suggestions and tips to the students preparing for CBSE Class 12 board exam 2018; she said, be focused, be confident and give your best in board exams without worrying about the results.
CBSE Class 12 board exams were held from 09th March, 2017 to 29th April 2017. This year, a decrease of 1.03 % in overall pass percentage is observed. However, overall pass percentage of girls in CBSE 12th board exam result 2017 is better than boys by 9.5%. Raksha Gopal from Amity International School in Noida tops with 99.6%. The 2nd rank is secure by science student Bhumi Sawant from DAV, 8-C, Chandigarh, who got 99.4%. Commerce students, Mannat Luthra and Aditya Jain jointly secured the third rank, having scored 99.2% and both are from Bhavan Vidyalaya.
