Eligibility Criteria for Marketing Officer & Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• Assistant General Manager/Chief Manager (SSG): The candidate should have B.E./ B.Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University with good academic record.
• Chief Manager ( QA-C): The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute / University.
• Senior Technical Manager (Production) Manufacturing: The candidate should have first class B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics/ Production Engg/ Mechanical degree from a recognized Institute/ University with good academic record. MBA Degree in Production Management is desirable.
• Project Manager (Project Execution/ O&M): The candidate should have B.E./ B.Tech. degree with minimum 55% marks in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Technical Manager (R&D): The candidate should have B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute / University.
• Manager - Material Management: The Candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Civil Engineering from a recognised Institute/ University.
• Accounts Officer: The candidate should be a graduate in commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA with 02 years post qualification experience in preparation of MIS, periodical profit & loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction with statutory auditors of CAG and other Govt. agencies.
• Security Officer: The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline, He/ She should have served in the rank of JCO with minimum 15 years of service in defense/ Paramilitary forces.
• Deputy Engineer (R&D): The candidate should have B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute / University.
• Sr. Manager – New Product Development: The candidate should have B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electrical/ Electronics and Communication/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Manager (Defence Marketing): The candidate should have B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
• Marketing Manager: The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ PV Technology Engineering with minimum 55% marks and 02 years full time MBA in Marketing from a recognised Institute / University.
• Assistant Technical Manager (P) Manufacturing/ Maintenance): The candidate should have B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university.
• Officer - Material Management: The candidate should have B.E./ B.Tech. degree with minimum 55% marks OR Should be a Graduate with 55% Marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP, preferably in Supply Chain Management/ Materials Management from a recognised Institute / University.
• Officer (HR): The candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 55% marks along with MBA/PGP/PGDM in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
• Marketing Officer: The candidate should be Engineering graduate with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
