Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Assistant General Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University and minimum of 15 years post qualification managerial experience
• Manager (Human Resource): MBAin HR/Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management, from a recognized University, with a minimum of 60% marks and minimum of 9 years post qualification managerial experiencein Human Resource
• Manager (Finance): Degree from a recognized University and pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of Indiaand minimum of 9 years post qualification managerial experience
• Deputy Manager : Degree in relevant engineering  field with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University and minimum of 7 years post qualification experience

Selection Procedure for Managerial Posts

Selection process will include a Power Point Presentation prepared by the candidates highlighting work experience, projects handled etc. (duration of not more than ten minutes). This will be followed by a Group discussion & Personal Interview. Accordingly, weightage is assigned to the following parameters for the final selection.The selection process will be held at Kochi.
