Eligibility Criteria for Upper Divisional Clerk and Other Posts

Educational Qualification

Deputy Director, Assistant, Upper Division Clerk- The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

Account and Audit Officer- The officers should have Bachelor’s Degree preferably in commerce from a recognized University and working knowledge of computer applications.

Deputy Education Officer- Master’s degree in one of the subject taught in CTSA Schools with 50% Marks from a recognized University and having B.Ed degree from a recognized University.

Stenographer Grade-C – The candidate should be Graduate from a recognized University.Dictation 10mts @ 100 wpm, Trans: 40 mts (English) 55 mts (Hindi). Candidate should have knowledge of computers programmes such as Windows, MS Office, Fox Base/Fox Pro, Unix and use of Internet.

Laboratory Assistant – B.Sc with PCM or CBZ.

Driver- candidate should be 12 pass from a recognized Board. He should have a valid commercial driving license for light motor vehicle and knowledge of traffic rule and capable to carry out minor repair and maintenance.

Staff Nurse – Candidate should be 10^th passed or equivalent from any recognized board. Grade ‘A’ 3 years Diploma/Certificate in Nursing from a recognized University.

Warden, Matron- Candidate should be 12^th passed from a recognized Board and having good knowledge of Tibetan Culture.

Lower Division Clerk – Candidate should be 12^th or equivalent from a recognized Board. With Science subject. Minimum speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi or computer corresponding to 10500KDPH/9000KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word for a test of 10 minutes and having knowledge of computer operations.

Lab attendant- Candidate should be 12^th pass with Science Subject.
