Educational Qualification and Age Limit:

• Staff Nurse: a) General Nursing & Midwifery Course Certificate from Govt../Govt. Recog. Nursing Institute.

b) Registration in AP.Nursing Council with upto date renewal.

c) GNM Marks Memorandum

d) Intermediate Pass Certificate and Marks Memorandum.

e) Date of Birth(SSC Certificate)

f) Latest online Caste Certificate

g) 4-10th Study Certificates

h) Experience Certificate in Govt.Service on contract basis/outsourcing basis

i) Aadhar Card

j) PH Certificate latest(SADAREM) and Any other certificates.

• Lab Technician: a) Inter Vocational MLT/DMLT/BSc.MLT in Govt./Govt. Recog. Institute

b) Must be registered in AP Paramedical Registration Board with upto date renewal.

c) Marks memorandum of MLT/DMLT/BSc MLT Course

d) Intermediate Marks memo

e) Date of Birth(SSC Certificate)

f) Latest online Caste Certificate

g) 4-10th Study Certificates

h) Experience Certificate in Govt.Service on contract basis/outsourcing basis

i) Aadhar Card

j) PH Certificate latest (SADAREM) and Any other certificates.

• Pharmacist: a) D.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy in Govt./Govt. Recg. Institute

b) Marks Memorandum of D.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy

c)  Must be registered in AP.Pharmacy Registration Council with up to date renewal.

d) Intermediate(with Science group) Marks memorandum

e)  Date of Birth(SSC Certificate)f)  Latest online Caste Certificate) 4-10th Study Certificates

h) Experience Certificate in Govt.Service on contract basis/outsourcing basis
