Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is a profit making vertically integrated, multi-unit, Schedule A Miniratna Central Pubklic Sector Enterprise in the field of Copper production. The company has its corporate office in Kolkata while its units are located in Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.

The HCL issued notification for recruitment to 50 posts in various Grades in Mining / Exploration / Mechanical / Electrical /Smeter –Operation & Maintenance / Materials & Contracts / Human Resources / Marketing / Finance / Medical. Interested candidates can apply online till 10 March 2013.

Vacancy Details:
Total Vacancies: 50 posts

Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of Rs.500 has to be deposited through crossed DD drawn on any scheduled Bank in favour of ‘Hindustan Copper Limited’ and payable at Kolkata.

SC / ST / PWD / Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Process:
For Posts in Grades E-1 to E-4: Written Test followed by Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates.
For Posts in Grades E-5 and above: Personal Interview of screened and shortlisted candidates

Candidates will be required to produce original certificates / documents and its attested copies at the time of Interview for verification.

Selected candidates will be liable to serve anywhere in India / abroad, as per company’s need.

Candidates called for Interview will be paid to and fro fare from the address of correspondence to the Interview venue by shortest route, as per rules, on submission of proof.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through the website till 10 March 2013.

On successful submission of the online application form, an Acknowledge slip will be generated. Candidates are required to take its two print out and send one print out along with Fee DD by Speed post / Registered Post to ‘The Manager (HR), Hindustan Copper Ltd., Tamara Bhawan, 1, Ashutosh Chowdhury Avenue, Kolkata – 700010’  so as to reach there within 7 days from the last date for applying online.

On the envelope candidates should super-scribe ‘Name of the post applied for’ .
Candidates must also write their name, Acknowledgement No and name of the post applied for on the reverse of the DD.

Candidates are advised to retain other printout of the online application form and also a photocopy of the fee DD for future reference.

Candidates applying for more than one post should send separate application with separate fee DD for each post.
Internal candidates applying for any of the notified post will be exempted from payment of fees and there shall be no age limit for them, if they have rendered at least one year of service in the next below grade of the post applied.
