Eligibility Criteria for Executive, Management Trainee and other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Deputy General Manager (Works): candidate should possess degree in Pharmacy / Master in Pharmacy with a minimum 15 years exposure in the above areas out of which at least 5 years in senior position.
Deputy General Manager (Finance): Graduate in commerce with chartered accountant qualification and should have minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Finance with a minimum 0f 5 years in senior position
Zonal Manager: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy with a minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmacy trade marketing out of which minimum 6 years as Regional Sales Manager and experience in sales of Pharmacy Products with thorough knowledge of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry
Manager – Ayush- Dharwad Plant: Graduate in Ayurvedic Medical Science or M D [Ayurveda] with minimum 5 years of experience in ayurveda manufacturing unit.
Executive – QA: B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy with minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Production Department of a pharmaceutical company.
Executive - Ayush –Dharwad Plant: BAMS / B Pharmacy [Ayurveda] with minimum 3 to 5 years of manufacturing / testing experience in Ayurvedic Plant.
Executive-Microbiology –Dharwad Plant: candidate should have M. Sc., in Microbiology with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Pharmacy / Ayurvedic Company.
Executive – Engineering & Projects: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Instrumentation /Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Civil and the candidate shall be able to handle the maintenance of all HVAC, Utility and Pharmacy Machineries and should have minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical company or continuous process industry.
Management Trainees – Finance: candidate should be an B. Com graduate with Computer knowledge in MS Office.
Management Trainees -Ayush –Dharwad Plant: candidate should have Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical form recognised institute.
