Eligibility Criteria for Senior Engineer and other Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Dy. General Manager (CS): candidate should be an associate member of ICSI with 17 years’ Post Qualification experience in Secretarial department in PSU/Private Limited Company in Executive Cadre.

Chief Manager (Mechanical/Electrical/Naval Architecture): candidate should have full time degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Naval Architecture with minimum 60 percent from a recognised university. Candidate should have relevant post qualification experience in the concerned field.

Chief Manager (Public Relations): Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Masters Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relations/Advertisement or equivalent qualification with minimum 50% Marks Or Second Class, from a recognized University. Candidate should have minimum 14 years post qualification experience.

Assistant Manager (Legal) :Graduate with LLB from a recognized University or Degree in Law (5 years integrated course) from a National Law School/ University/ Deemed University candidate should have 3 Years of post qualification experience in handling matters in Legal Department of a Company/Corporate Law firm.

Senior Engineer (Ex Navy) (SWA): Chief Petty Officer/Master Chief Petty Officer of Indian Navy Ex-Serviceman in the relevant discipline (SWA) with minimum 12 years post qualification experience in Indian Navy as Shipwright Artificer and should have held the rank of CPO/ MCPO.

Senior Engineer (Ex Navy) (Hydrographer): Chief Petty Officer/Master Chief Petty Officer of Indian Navy Ex-Serviceman in the relevant discipline with minimum 12 years post qualification experience.

Senior Officer (Ex Navy) (Fire) : NBCD(I) qualified CPO/ Master Chief Petty Officer of Indian Navy (Ex-Serviceman) with 12 year post qualification in relevant field.

Senior Engineer (Mechanical) (Through GATE 17): Full-Time degree in Engineering in Mechanical with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University and should have relevant post qualification work experience in Fabrication/ Production/ Outfitting/ Planning/Design/Project Management.
