Educational Qualification
Industrial Training Institute pass certificate in specified trade i.e., (i) cutting and sewing (ii) embroidery and needle work, (iii) textile designing and (iv)dress designing or its equivalent Defence Service tradesmen Course approved as such by the Central or State Government.
