Eligibility Criteria for Junior Scientific Officer/ Chief Chemist/ Other Group-B Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Junior Scientific Officer/ Chief Chemist/ Research Office : Candidate must Possess a degree in science with Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry or Food Technology or Food and Drugs or an equivalent and minimum 5 years post qualification experience. Alternatively, Master's degree in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry or Food Technology or Microbiology or Food and Drugs or an Associateship of the Institution of Chemists (India) by examination in the section of analysis of Food conducted by the Institution of chemists (India) or an equivalent qualification recognized and notified by the Government of India for the purpose of Prevention of Food Adulteration. 3 years post qualification experience is essential.
