Educational Qualification:

- Civil Engineer- PG or Graduate in Civil Engineering.
- MIS Specialist-PG/Graduate in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering or MCA.
- Social Development Specialist- Master’s degree in Social Science/ Sociology /Development Studies.
