- State Consultant (Public Health)- MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with Masters in Public Health (MPH), Community Medicine (MD), MBA-(Health Management) /MHA
- Pharmacist- D. Pharma / B. Pharma. with MS-CIT/CCC (B. Pharma. will be preferred)
- Senior Consultant CPHC- MBBS OR Any other Medical degree with MPH/MHA/MBA(Health Care)
- Consultant CPHC- MBBS DPH/MD-PSM will be preferred OR Any other Medical Graduate with MPH/MHA/MBA(Health Care
