Eligibility Criteria for JRF and SRF Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Research Fellow – M.V.Sc or M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Virology/Genetics/Biochemistry
- Senior Research Fellow – M.Sc. degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Genetics/ Biochemistry with two years of research experience.
Age Limit - 35 years for men and 40 years for women
Salary for Junior Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow Posts
- Junior Research Fellow
- Rs. 25000/= PM + HRA as admissible (For JRF)
- Rs 12000/=PM + HRA as admissible (For JRF without NET Qualification)
- Senior Research Fellow
- Rs. 28000/= PM + HRA as admissible for candidate with NET qualification
- Rs. 14000/= PM + HRA as admissible for candidate without NET qualification
