National Institute for Orthopedically Handicapped (NIOH) under Department of Disability Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, Kolkata invited applications for recruitment to 3 posts of Estate Officer, Senior Store Keeper and Electrician-cum-Pump Operator (one each) on Direct / Deputation / Promotion basis.

Matriculation or equivalent + ITI in Electrical Trade

Candidate must have passed Workman permit examination in Class 1(b), 2 & 4.

Direct / Promotion

Selection Procedure: Selection can be done on the basis of performance in Interview.

Selected candidates will have to work at Kolkata and other centers of the Institute, as per requirement.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format, along with copies of relevant certificates / documents to “In-charge Director, National Institute for the Orthopedically Handicapped,   B.T. Road, Bon-Hooghly, Kolkata- 700 090” within 21 days from the publication of advertisement in Employment news.

On top of the envelope, candidates should write ‘Name of the post applied for.’

NOTE

Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH / EX-SM etc, applicable as per government rules

Candidates with academic aptitude, research publication and higher qualification will be preferred on academic posts.

Selection Committee may consider a candidate on lower post by relaxing required experience, if candidates with required qualifications are not available.
