• Addl. General Manager (Min.): Degree in Mining Engineering from any recognized Institute with 1 st Class MMCC (Unrestricted) under the MMR, 1961.
• Dy. General Manager (Min.): Degree in Mining Engineering from any recognized Institute with 1st Class MMCC (Unrestricted) under the MMR, 1961.
• Dy. General Manager (Geo.): M.Sc. Degree (Geology)/ Applied Geology or M.Tech. (Applied Geology) from any recognized Institute.
• Sr. Manager (Geo.): M.Sc. Degree (Geology)/ Applied Geology or M.Tech. (Applied Geology) from any recognized Institute.

Age Limit

• Addl. General Manager (Min.): Not above 50 years
• Dy. General Manager: Not above 48 years
• Sr. Manager (Geo.): Not above 44 years
