ANS Important instructions to be followed by candidates who have applied for the Combined Recruitment examination to be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), on behalf of Food Corporation of India (FCI) under special dispensation given by the Government, for Category III (Assistant Grade III) posts in General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres with the FCI:
(i) Admission Certificates (ACs) for the Examination indicating the time table and venue of examination will be issued to all applicants about two weeks before the date of examination by the respective regional office of Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Candidate who does not receive admission certificate for the examination one week before the date of examination, should immediately contact the concerned regional/sub regional office (s) of the commission with proof of having submitted his/her application such as Registration ID, Transaction ID for obtaining the Admission Certificates. Failure to do so will deprive him/her of any claim for consideration.
(ii) Candidates also have the option to download admission certificates from the concerned Staff Selection Commission (SSC) regional / sub regional office website. The facility will be available from about two weeks before the examination. Candidates who are unable to download their Admission Certificates or do not receive their Admission Certificates at least one week before the date of the examination should contact the concerned Regional Office with details such as Registration ID, Transaction ID for obtaining the Admission Certificates. Details of deficiency, rendering the applications ineligible, if any, may also be placed on the Commission’s website about two weeks before the examination.
(iii) The ovals on the OMR answer sheet should be marked with HB pencil OR black / blue ball point pen, as directed.
(iv) Candidates should write/indicate everything in the answer sheet/ question paper in their own hand.
Candidates are not permitted to use calculators and other electronic gadgets. They should not, therefore, bring the same inside the Examination Premises / Venue.
