Eligibility Criteria for Manager & Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Master in Business Administration /PGDM or Equivalent from reputed Institutions of India or Abroad & Graduation in Engineering from reputed institutions, with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average.
• Chief Finance officer (CFO): Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India or ICA or AICWAI. Preference will be given to those candidates who are also a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Sr. Manager - (Technical): B.E/B. Tech (Civil Engineering).
• Company Secretary (CS): Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average and Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Manager - (Technical): B.E/B. Tech (Civil or Mechanical Engineering).
• Manager - (Finance & Procurement): Member of ICAI.
• Manager - (Monitoring & Evaluation): MBA / PGDM OR B.E / BTech OR Equivalent.
• Manager - (Implementation & Control): MBA / PGDM OR B.E / BTech OR Equivalent.
• Manager – IT: B. E. / B-Tech / MCA in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
• Public Relation Officer (PRO): Masters or PG Diploma in Journalism /Mass communication or equivalent from a reputed Institution.

Age Limit

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO): 58 years
• Chief Finance officer (CFO): 55 years
• Sr. Manager - (Technical), Company Secretary (CS), Manager - (Technical): 50 years
• Manager - (Finance & Procurement): 45 years
• Manager - (Monitoring & Evaluation), Manager - (Implementation & Control), Manager – IT, Public Relation Officer (PRO): 40 years
