Eligibility Management Trainee (MT) Job

• Management Trainee (HR): The person should have min. of 60 percent marks in aggregate of all years/semesters and all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (Full time course of mi 02 (two) years) in HR Management/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/Social Work (with HR as main subject) from a recognized University/Institute.
• Management Trainee (Marketing): The person should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters and all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (Full time course of min. 02 (two) years) in Marketing M from a recognized Univ./Institute.
• Management Trainee (CC): The candidate should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters & all subjects in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (Full time course of min. 02 (two) years) in Mass Communications/Journalism from a recognized University/Institute.
• Age Limit: Born not earlier than 01 May 1993 (i.e. upper age limit is 27 years as of 01 May 2020).
