SAIL, Burnpur Notified Recruitment to the Post of Sr. Medical Officer 2013

IISCO STEEL PLANT, Burnpur, West Bengal, a unit of STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LIMITED invited application for recruitment to the post of Sr. Medical Officer. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format on or before 26 October 2013.

Age limit

Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 35 years as on 1 October 2013.

Educational Qualification

Candidate should be MBBS with MD / MS or equivalent in relevant discipline with at least 1 year post qualification experience.

Application Fee

• Candidates belonging to General/ OBC Category should submit Rs 500/- (towards application fee and processing charge) and Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD are exempted from payment of examination fee. However, they should submit Rs 100/- towards processing charge.
• Candidates must submit the fee by means of SBI Challan in State Bank of India in a specially opened account No: “Power Jyoti” -31932241266 of SBI, Burnpur (0049).

Pay Scale

Rs.24900 - 3% - 50500 + basic Pay + dearness allowance + non-practising allowance + perquisites under cafeteria approach up to 44% of basic pay and other facilities such as medical facility for self & family + PF + gratuity etc. as per rules of the Company. In addition, house rent allowance will be paid only where company accommodation is not available.

Selection process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test/personal interview.
