SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam Date 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the new exam date for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (Tier-2), 2025 held on 10 April 2026. The CHSL Tier 2 Skill Test/Typing Test was being held on 10 April, but the candidates reported some technical difficulties while attempting the exam. Therefore, it was decided during the second shift that the exam must be rescheduled in order to give the candidates a fair chance. The res-examination will only be conducted for the candidates who appeared for the Shift 1 exam. The SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam will now take place on 22 April 2026.
SSC CHSL Tier 2 New Exam Date 2026
The Staff Selection Commission has released the public notice to announce the SSC CHSL Tier 2 new exam date 2026 on its website, ssc.gov.in. The candidates who have participated in the Tier 2 Skill Test on 10 April 2026 in the first shift will only be allowed to sit in the exam rescheduled for 22 April 2026.

The SSC has announced the CHSL Recruitment notification 2025 in the month of June 2025. The application process lasted between 23 June to 18 July 2025. The SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam was conducted from 12 November 2025 and the results for the Tier 1 exam was released on 27 February 2026. The SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam was then scheduled to be held on 10 April 2026, which has now been rescheduled for 22 April 2026.

SSC has released the SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam date notice on its website, on 10 April 2026. As per the notice, the exam which was conducted in the Shift 1 has faced technical issues and due to which the candidates were unable to perform. Therefore, the decision was taken by the commission to reconduct the exam on 22 April 2026.

The official notice released by the commission also mentions the SSC CHSL Tier 2 admit card release date. The admit card for SSC CHSL Tier 2 will be released on 17 April 2026.
