Eligiblity Criteria for Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak Posts

Educational Qualification

• Junior Translator: Master degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level and Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa.
• Junior Translator/Junior Hindi Translator: Master degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level Or Bachelor degree with Hindi and English as main subjects.
• Senior Hindi Translator: Master degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject and Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or three years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa.
• Hindi Pradhyapak: Bachelor degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional plus Master degree in any subject plus Bachelor of Education OR Bachelor degree in any subject plus Master degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at degree level either as compulsory or optional plus Bachelor of Education.

Age Limit

Not more than 30 years for all posts

Selection Process for Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak post

Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Paper-I & Paper-II of the examination only.
