Named after Arya Samaj educationist, Swami Shraddhanand, the Swami Shraddhanand College was established in 1967 in Alipur, North Delhi. It is a co-educational institution under Delhi University and imparts instructions in various subjects at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
In 2006, the college was in news for appointing four differently abled teachers.
The Delhi University released its first Cut-Off list on 26 June 2012. A cut off list is a primary component to demarcate students on the basis of their marks. This medium helps the Delhi University function smoothly and in a designed manner.
