Educational Qualification : First class full time Engineering Degree with First class; Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management.

First class full time MBA.

Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with PG Diploma in Marketing Management.

Age Limit:

• Officer (Marketing): General – 30 years; BC – 30 years; MBC/DNC – 32 years; SC/ST – 35 years
• Assistant Manager (Marketing): 29 years
• Deputy Manager (Marketing): 34 years
• Manager (Marketing):37 years

Required Experience :

• Officer (Marketing): Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in marketing
• Assistant Manager (Marketing): Minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in marketing field
• Deputy Manager (Marketing): Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in marketing field
• Manager (Marketing): Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience in marketing field
