Eligibility Criteria for Civil Judge Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Civil Judge: Law Graduate possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University or Practising Advocate possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University and should be enrolled in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu or in the Bar Council of any other State in India or Advocate or Pleader in any Court for a period of not less than 3 years or Assistant Public Prosecutor with minimum 3 years of experience as an Advocate and / or Assistant Public Prosecutor.
Selection Process for Civil Judge Posts
Selection will be on eh basis of performance in the three phased selection process which includes Preliminary Examination for selection of applicants for admission to the Main Examination, Main Examination and Viva–Voice Test.
