Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Chief Marketing Officer: Master Degree in Agriculture/Commerce/Economics with 15 years experience in highly reputed Institution/Organization of Seed Marketing, Fertilizers.
Joint Chief Marketing Officer: Master Degree in Agriculture/Commerce/Economics with 7 years experience in sale of seeds, Fertilizers, Agriculture produce and Sale/Procurement/Trading of Agro products.
Company Secretary (Consultant): Must be Associate Member, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and minimum 5 years experience in Company Secretarial Works.

Age Limit for CMO, Joint Chief Marketing Officer & CS post: Should not exceed 42 years for all posts
