Educational Qualification:
- Staff Nurse - GNM/ B.Sc (Nursing)
- ANM - 12th passed and ANM Course
- LT - 12th passed and Diploma in Medical Lab Technology
- Medical officer - MBBS from recognised university
- Medical Officer (Specialist) - MBBS with Post Graduation
- Pediatrician - MBBS with MD in Pediatrics
Age Limit:
- Staff Nurse/ANM/LT - 21 to 32 Years
- Medical Officer/ Pediatrician - Upto 65 Years
