The Delhi Cabinet on 19 March 2012 approved transfer of 621 crore rupees to the National Highway Authority of India for constructing Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP Expressway), also known as Delhi Western Peripheral Expressway. The expressway is 135.6 kilometres long and it is being constructed in Haryana.
After its completion, the expressway will connect several highways passing through New Delhi. The expressway is expected to be completed in the second half of 2012.
