Cricket World Cup 2011 official theme song composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy was released on 31 December 2010. The song was released through different radio networks in India, ICC’s global production and broadcast rights holder ESPN STAR Sports. The song is titled De Ghumaa Ke and has been composed in three versions - Bengali, Hindi and Sinhalese.


The World Cup 2011 theme song De Ghumaa Ke aims at creating the fierce sense of competition and the strong desire to win. De Ghumaa Ke literally means Hit It Hard and it is one word used by all the cricket fanatics for their favorite player and team.


ICC World Cup will begin on 19 February 2011 and will be played in the three nations India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
