The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, is auctioning off unique presents and mementos he received from India and abroad by different nations. Intricate sculptures, traditional paintings, local relics, native crafts, and Paralympic Games sports mementos are all on display during the auction.
The online auction is being hosted by the Ministry of Culture, which started from September 17 and will conclude on October 2, 2024. More than 600 presents and trinkets, including a clone of the Ram temple, are up for bid.
6th Edition of E-Auction
As per Union Culture and Tourism Minister Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat this is the sixth edition of the auction of gifts and mementos received by PM Modi. The very first time that PM Modi auctioned off his gifts and memoirs was in January 2019.
The items up for auction showcase India's diverse cultural heritage, spirituality, history, and political significance.

Artefacts on Display During Auction
PM Modi is auctioning off almost all of his gifts he received at different events and foreign tours he took in the year 2023-24. The auction will comprise vivid paintings, well crafted sculptures, local handicrafts, and attractive folk and tribal antiques, including distinctive arts like Pichwai painting, Khadi shawl, silver filigree, Mata ni Pachedi art, Gond art, and Madhubani art. These artistic creations showcase India's multifaceted cultural legacy.
Beautiful replicas of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the Shri Dwarkadhish Temple in Dwarka, as well as gorgeous statues of Hindu deities, are among the holy treasures up for auction. Simultaneously, items such as ceremonial swords, silver veena, angavastra, shawl, turban, sports shoes, racket, and discus are auctioned off as gifts of honor.
