J&K becomes first state to issue highest no. of golden cards under Ayushman Bharat scheme

Jammu and Kashmir has become the first Indian state to distribute the largest number of golden cards under Ayushman Bharat scheme. The state recently issued more than 11 lakhs of golden cards under AB-PMJAY within 90 days of the scheme's launch.

He said that a global mass movement is the need of the hour to bring a behavioural change to fight climate change.  Towards the same, he said that India has decided to increase its use of non- fossil fuel in the fuel mix.

Young climate activist Greta Thunberg became a global youth icon during the 2019 UN climate action summit in New York when she blasted off the world leaders for failing to fulfill their promises and address the growing concern of climate change.  " You are all failing us, you have stolen my dreams, my childhood with your empty words," Thunberg said angrily. 

RBI imposes restrictions on PMC Bank, sets Rs 1000 withdrawal limit

The RBI has imposed loan and withdrawal restrictions on PMC Bank for a period of six months. The RBI set a withdrawal limit of Rs 1000 and restricted the bank from issuing or renewing loans, advances or even opening new fixed deposit account for a period of six months.

The FIFA award has been conferred to Messi in recognition of his outstanding performance throughout the year. This is for the record sixth time that Messi has won this award. The FIFA Best Women's player award went to Megan Rapinoe.
