1.(d) Indian Army Chief General MM Naravane
Indian Army chief General M M Naravane was on November 5, 2020 conferred the honorary rank of General of the Nepali Army by President Bidya Devi Bhandari at a special ceremony in Nepal. The decade's old tradition reflects the strong ties between the two militaries. 

2.(a) 2.04 percent 
The Public Investment Fund, sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia, has decided to invest Rs 9,555 crore in Reliance Retail Ventured Limited (RRVL) for a 2.04 percent equity stake.The PIF is one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world. 

3.(b) Tamil Nadu
The Tamil Nadu government has passed an order allowing 100% exemption of motor vehicle tax for battery-operated vehicles. The order aims to give a major boost to the adoption of electric vehicles in the state.

4.(d) WhatsApp
WhatsApp Inc has launched its Payment feature- United Payments Interface (UPI)-for all its users in India after receiving due approval from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). The payment feature is now available in almost 10 Indian regional language versions of WhatsApp.

The United Kingdom has decided to take back direct control and management of the country's nuclear weapon warheads from a Lockheed Martin-led group. The day-to-day operations of the nuclear weapons were till now being handled by a consortium run by Lockheed Martin, Serco and Jacobs Engineering in June 2021.

State Bank of India's (SBI) profit after tax for the July-September (second quarter) of 2020-21 increased by 52 percent to Rs 4,574 crore.

The QUAD nations- India, United States, Japan and Australia kick-started ‘Malabar’ Exercise on November 3, 2020, their largest joint naval exercises in over a decade. The annual exercise that India holds with the United States and Japan have been expanded to include Australia this year to cover all members of the Quad.

Rafael Nadal recorded his 1,000th tour-level match win on November 4, 2020 defeating Feliciano Lopez to reach the third round of the Rolex Paris Masters. With this, the Spaniard has become the fourth player to reach the milestone in the Open Era.

Facebook has deleted the page of the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) from its platform without any prior intimation. The world shooting body has started a campaign to unblock its Facebook page and has urged the global shooting fraternity to come together to force Facebook to reverse its decision.

10.(d) Bangladesh
Bangladesh government along with Beximco Pharmaceutical Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on November 5, 2020 with the Serum Institute of India (SII) for priority delivery of 3 crore COVID 19 vaccine doses.
