Tests about personality can be both interesting and useful because they let us look at the ways in which we think, feel, and relate to others. While personality profiles should never define who you are completely, they may reveal traits of your personality that you would not otherwise recognize in your daily life.

As an example, even a small choice you make, such as selecting a flower, may show deeper emotional preferences, instincts, or emotional issues than you may realize. These types of choices make up the type of relationships, trust, and emotional intimacy that you have in your life.

While taking this lighthearted quiz, your selection is not random; rather, it provides insight into your attachment style and how you connect to others. Just remember to be curious, trust your first instinct, and see if your selection reveals something about yourself!

Rose - Extreme Connection

If you chose the Rose you are someone who needs a connection that is extremely deep and committed to your partner. Sometimes you need a lot of reassurance from those whom you feel connected with and may end up with a feeling of great intensity and commitment to the relationship.

In return, you will also need to put yourself into your relationship for very long periods of time. However, it is also likely that you do have an occasional fear of losing connection and/or being rejected by your partner.

The Sunflower - Open and Secure

If you chose the Sunflower you are a person who has an open and secure attachment style. You are warm, confident and have no trouble being close or independent with other people. As a result, the relationships you create have the same warm and positive feeling; they are stable and secure.

You're naturally inclined to trust other people and support them while they're going through a difficult time without worrying about an emotional reason for any distance between you and the other person.

The Tulip - Cautious and Considerate

If you chose the Tulip you probably have an attachment style that is a bit more considerate and cautious.

You like to build emotional safety with your partner before you open up to them emotionally. Although you will be quite devoted to your partner with a great deal of emotion, you will usually take a long time to fully trust them and build a relationship with them.

You may end up guarding your emotions until you feel secure enough with your partner to let them know who you really are.
