NEET UG 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2022 exam date. As per media reports, one of the senior officers stated, "the Medical Advisory Council of the National Medical Commission had a meeting with the National Testing Agency (NTA). The schedule for the NEET-UG exam date is expected to be out soon".
Once released, the NEET 2022 notification will be released on the official website - nta.neet.nic.in. All the students willing to get admission to MBBS and BDS courses can apply for NEET 2022 in online mode.

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has announced on 9th March 2022, that the upper age limit for appearing in the exam has been scrapped. Earlier, the upper age limit for General category candidates was 25 years and that of the reserved category candidates was 30 years.
NEET UG 2022 Exam Dates
Earlier, as per the reports, NEET-UG 2022 is expected to be conducted on any Sunday between the last week of June and the first week of July. However, any confirmation on NEET 2022 exam date is still awaited. Till then, candidates can check the tentative dates below -

NEET 2022 Notification
National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the NEET notification pdf that will have details on NEET 2022 exam date, eligibility, application etc. The confirmation on NEET notification 2022 release date is still awaited. NTA releases the notification pdf at the official website, neet.nta.nic.in for announcing the exam, application and other NEET 2022 dates.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the notification of NEET UG used to be released in October and the application process used to be conducted from November to December and the exam was conducted in May. However, the NEET schedule has been deferred since 2020 on account of the pandemic. It is expected that NEET 2022 schedule will be conducted earlier compared to that of NEET 2021.
NEET Registration Process 2022
NEET 2022 registration process is expected to be released in March 2022 and the process is likely to be conducted in April. The NEET registration process will be held in online mode only. Once candidates complete the registration process, they need to proceed toward filling up the NEET 2022 application form.
NEET UG 2022 Application
NTA will release the NEET application form along with the information brochure on its official website - neet.nta.nic.in. The filling of the NEET application form 2022 is a 5-step process. However, before filling the NEET 2022 application form candidates must check the list of documents and details to keep handy. NEET 2022 will be conducted in the pen and paper mode for admission to 89,395 MBBS, 27,948 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 603 BVSc and AH seats including 1,899 AIIMS and 249 JIPMER seats will be granted.
