    Relaxation in Upper Age Limit, for posts with maximum age limit below 60 years, will be 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
    Age and other requirements will be reckoned as on 1 May 2013

    Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates performance in Group Discussion and / or Personal Interview (s) followed by Pre-employment Medical Examination.

    Short-listed candidates will be called for the Group Discussion and / or Personal Interview (s) followed by Pre-employment Medical Examination.

    Candidates will have to bear the cost of the Pre-Employment Medical Examination(s), which could range between Rs.500 and Rs.1000. Any additional tests, if required, the additional cost thereof will also have to be borne by the candidate.

    Selected candidates will be inducted as per vacancies and Reservation requirements.

    Candidates will be required to produce Original Certificates for verification, at the time of the Selection Process.

    Period of Contract: Selected candidates will be appointed on fixed-term contract basis for a period of 5 years OR for the time they acquired the a maximum upper age limit, whichever is less.

    Candidates will be initially deployed at Mumbai for training and they will be initially positioned at Kochi. However, they could be transferred to any station in India, on Company’s requirement. They can also be deployed to the parent company / Group / AICL affiliate sister concern / subsidiary, anywhere in India, if required.

    Travel Allowance: SC/ST candidates called for Personal Interview (s), residing beyond 80 kms. from the nearest selection centre to their residence, and not employed in any Government, Semi Government / Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Bodies, will be reimbursed second class to & fro rail / bus fare by the shortest route on production of evidence to that effect, along with a copy of the call letter for Personal Interview.

    Application fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs.500 (for General & OBC candidates) has to be deposited through a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Air India Charters Limited’, payable at Mumbai.

    SC / ST / Ex-Serviceman candidates are exempted from payment of Fees.

    How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their applications, in the prescribed format, along with fee DD and self-attested copies of supportive documents by post, to “The Chief of Personnel, Air India Charters Limited, HR Department, 3rd Floor, Canteen Annexe Building, Old Airport, Kalina, Santa Cruz (East) Mumbai – 400 029” so as to reach the given address by 8 June 2013.

    On the envelope, candidates should super-scribe “Name of the post applied for” in capital letters.
