Eligibility Criteria for Probationary Officer (HR) Job

Educational Qualification:

Graduate Degree and Two Years full time MSW/MBA (with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with specialization in HR.

Age Limit

  • General Candidates: Max. 25 years
  • OBC candidates: Max. 28 years
  • SC/ST candidates: Max. 30 years
  • PWD candidates: Ten years in addition to the age limit/relaxation permitted in the respective category

Pay Scale for Probationary Officer (HR) Posts

Probationary Officer (HR) (E-II grade) – Rs. 40,000 – 3% - 1,40,000 + admissible allowances
