The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has started a help desk to help students who seek admission in various courses of the University for the academic session 2014-15. The Application Process of Entrance Examination for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in BHU has already been started on 24 February 2014.
As stated by the BHU spokesperson, the office of the controller of examinations has started a number of help desks at various locations such as the cyber hut of Mahila Mahavidyalaya, cyber cafe of Central Library, computer lab of Academic Staff College, Udupa Library of the Faculty of Ayurveda, Rural Knowledge Centre of Indian Institute of Technology, and central library of Rajiv Gandhi South Campus.
This arrangement has been made to assist especially the applicants from rural as well as backward areas.
Equipped with printers and scanners, the help desks will also be provided with the internet connectivity soon. The technical staff would also be available at all the help desks to assist the applicant.
