Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of computer operations.
Candidate must be able to speak, read & write in the local language of the region /area of the branch and hail from the same region/area of the branch for which he / she is applying.
Knowledge of driving two-wheeler is desirable.
Remuneration: Rs.15200 per month (consolidated) for first 12 months.
In case of renewal of contract:
Rs.18000 per month (consolidated) for the 2nd year
Rs. 23000per month for the 3rd year
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Interview.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for the Interview. -- branch-wise, based upon candidates’ academic record , qualification, ability to speak, read or write in local language, closeness of domicile to branch, experience in the previous assignment etc.
Names of the short listed candidates will be published in the website on or before 2 December 2013 along with the details of venue / date / time for Interview.
The tentative schedule for conducting the Interview at Bangalore, Delhi & Coimbatore will be on or before 13 December 2013.
The list of selected candidates will be published on the company’s website on 16 December 2013 and offer letter will be sent to the selected candidates by e-mail / courier. Selected candidates would be required to join the respective branch from 23 December 2013 onwards

Travel Allowance: Candidates attending the Interview will be paid to and fro actual bus / train fare for travel from the place of domicile to the center of Interview (by way of cheque) up to the limit of AC 3 tier (by shortest distance), on production of original ticket for onward journey & Xerox copy of return journey, on the date of interview only.
Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 100 have to be paid through a crossed Demand draft of favoring ‘CAN FIN HOMES LTD.’ payable at Bangalore.
Candidates must mention their name on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
